History
 
TRIEDRON S.A. was established in 1994 (Gov. Gaz. 1034/3.3.95) with registered offices in the Municipality of Psychico. When new, self-owned offices were acquired in 2005 it moved to Holargos, 300 Mesogeion Ave. It is registered in the Societe Anonyme Registry under number 32330/01ÁÔ/Â/94/2570.

The Company’s objective, under its Articles of Association, is to:

1. Undertake and construct in Greece and abroad all types of Public and Private Projects.
2. All types of construction enterprises on self-owned or other plots either on its own behalf or for third parties, by exchange and through their sale and development.
3. Technical and construction designs for all types of technical projects.
4. The tourist development of areas and their sale or operation on its own behalf or on the behalf of third parties.
5. The operation and performance of any type of similar commercial and industrial activity on hotels and tourist facilities and quarries.
6. The representation of similar or relevant domestic or foreign enterprises, the participation in other similar enterprises and
7. the performance of any type of similar or relevant to the company’s objective activities, following the Company’s BoD decision.

The permanent company’s objective is the provision of top quality services, in order to fully meet the objectives of the projects and the applicable statutory requirements. It holds a 3rd Class Certificate in the categories of Road, Building, Port and Plumbing Works, a it 1st Class Certificate in the category of Electromechanical Works and a 2nd Class Certificate in the category of Industrial-Energy Works. In 2008, during its re-evaluation it is expected to be awarded a 4th Class Certificate in the categories of Road, Building, Port and Plumbing Works, and a 2nd Class Certificate in the category of Electromechanical Works, with which it is entitled to participate in tenders and carry out projects up to EUR7,500,000 independently or as a Joint Venture with a 4th class company as well up to EUR11,125,000 announced by the Public Sector and various Organizations.

The long experience of its members in constructions, their active involvement in public works, the company’s staffing with the appropriate scientific and technical staff, in combination with the state-of-the-art equipment, are the main factors of the Company’s steadily rising progress and a guarantee for the prompt and technically sound completion of any project.

Real Property - Machinery

TRIEDRON S.A. owns the offices at 300, Mesogeion Ave in Holargos, with a total area of 240m2 and possesses state-of-the-art mechanical equipment for the performance of its projects.

TRIEDRON S.A. has a series of self-owned machinery and transportation means which are in perfect condition and of a small average age.

According to the evaluation of the Body of Sworn-In Valuers, in 2006 the current value of the tangible fixed assets of the Company amounted to €1,839,535.40.

At the same time, the Company is always completing and renewing its mechanical equipment depending on the nature and needs of the projects being carried out.

TRIEDRON S.A. always employs proprietary mechanical equipment for the projects it undertakes and carries out and only leases specialised machinery, and where necessary, assigns small parts to subcontractors.

Administration - Organisation

Our company has an experienced and specialised team of executives:

 
  • Anastasios Tselos, BoD President since 1994, Civil Engineer, with great experience in technical works since 1992.
  • Charalambos Tselos, Managing Director since 1994, Civil Engineer, with great experience in technical works since 1994.
  • Konstantinos Tselos, BoD Vice-President since 1994, Mechanical Engineer, with great experience in technical works since 1997.
  • Konstantopoulou Christina, Member of BoD since 2002, Agronomist - Topographer Engineer, with great experience in measurement, compilation of accounts, AFI, PPAEs as well as the preparation of bids to tenders.
  • Dakoura Jenny, Mechanical Engineer, company executive since 2005, in charge of the company's Electromechanical Works, Pre-costing of projects and Organisation of Tender Files, Technical Reports of Activity for Contractor’s Certificate, Re-evaluation, Upgrade of Executives, etc., Compilation of PPAEs, Accounts, AFIs, etc.
  • Papakonstantinou Konstantinos, Agronomist – Topographer Engineer, member of the Company since 2005, with great experience in technical projects since 1980.
  • Kavoura Kiki, Civil Engineer of Structural Works, member of the Company since 2006, drafting of topographical and other measurement studies, accounts and precosting of projects.
  • Employed Personnel

    TRIEDRON S.A. employs actually 110 persons, 25 of which are permanent employees. The others are employed by the Company under work contracts.

    The relations between the Company and personnel have always been excellent.

    Goals and Outlook

    TRIEDRON S.A. was established in 1994, with its fundamental purpose being to undertake and perform any type of technical works. The Company, following a successful course, and with significant experience and know-how in all types of projects, is one of the fastest growing businesses in the sector.

    The Company, based on the long experience of its administrative executives, its adequately trained technical staff and its state-of-the-art mechanical equipment, its perfect organisation and the advanced information technology system, aims at continuing its successful course and developing into one of the largest companies of the sector.
